TailgateNinjas involves no real-money betting or wagering of any kind. Point spreads, odds, and model projections are shown for entertainment and are not betting advice. If you choose to gamble elsewhere, that's your decision and your risk — we're not involved.
You must be 18 or older to create an account. You're responsible for activity under your account. Keep your sign-in secure.
Don't abuse, disrupt, or attempt to break the site, scrape it at scale, impersonate others, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.
The site, our model, and our original content are ours. Team names, logos, and marks belong to their respective owners. TailgateNinjas is not affiliated with or endorsed by the NCAA, the NFL, or any team, conference, or league.
The site is provided "as is." Predictions, projections, lines, and scores may be wrong, delayed, or incomplete, and we don't guarantee their accuracy or that the site will always be available.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, TailgateNinjas isn't liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Since the service is free, our total liability to you is limited accordingly.
